I&#039;ve studied and applied Dr. Edwards Deming&#039;s management model for decades, and given that, when I read several years ago &quot;Exploration in Management&quot; (Brown) and subsequently read Jaques&#039; works, each had the effect of &quot;informing my model,&quot; as you have stated.
